GREEN RIVER HEART INSTITUTE, we want your heart-healthy lifestyle to be convenient, fun, and sensible.  An important part of that process is eating healthy, so we've included a number of heart-conscious recipes for your enjoyment.

 

CHICKEN CASSEROLE

3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 package frozen broccoli, chopped
1 package chicken gravy mix (mix with water
and heat)
4 slices non-fat cheese slices
Reduced Fat Snack Well Crackers
1 cup fresh mushroom slices

Cut chicken breasts into bite-size pieces. Lay in bottom of 2-quart casserole dish. Place chopped broccoli over chicken. Then layer mushrooms. Pour cooked gravy over mixture. Lay cheese slices on top and cover with crumbled crackers. Bake at 350° F for 30-45 minutes until chicken is done.
