CHICKEN CASSEROLE
3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 package frozen broccoli, chopped
1 package chicken gravy mix (mix with water
and heat)
4 slices non-fat cheese slices
Reduced Fat Snack Well Crackers
1 cup fresh mushroom slices
Cut chicken breasts into bite-size pieces. Lay in
bottom of 2-quart casserole dish. Place chopped
broccoli over chicken. Then layer mushrooms. Pour
cooked gravy over mixture. Lay cheese slices on top
and cover with crumbled crackers. Bake at 350° F for
30-45 minutes until chicken is done.
Yield: 6 servings

per serving: 14 grams of carbohydrate, 24 grams
of protein, 514 mg sodium, 51 mg cholesterol
